Rena DeLevie
Rena, a consultant with Cella Consulting, is a people-oriented transformational leader with 23 years in the creative industry; first as an art director for 8 years, then in Creative Operations for the past 15 years. Rena has worked in the retail, finance and non-profit sectors. She values creativity and business equally and delivers solutions that balance the two. She presents thoughtful proposals based on research, industry benchmarks and her years in the field. Rena brings a deep understanding of how a tactical and strategic cross-channel approach ensures a consistent brand message to the customer resulting in stronger brand awareness and likely stronger sales.

Brendon Derr
Brendon has been working in the creative industry for over seven years. As the Business Development Manager for Cella Consulting, he maintains intimate and successful business relationships creative leaders in corporations and agencies. Brendon has gained a keen sense of the unique cultural characteristics that make the Creative Services field tick. Prior to working with Cella, he provided business development for The BOSS Group, where he established himself as a resident expert in building integrated and interactive media creative teams. Brendon developed a new social media recruiting model which is still running today. Before his work with Cella and BOSS, he worked for film and video production companies, providing TV and Corporate production services to creative clientele.

Les Johnson
Les is a Consultant with Cella Consulting. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience in identifying functional and technical requirements and identifying appropriate technology solutions for business groups across a variety of industries, including education, financial services and pharma. Les focuses on identifying each organization’s functional requirements, translating them into technical requirements and then identifying the most appropriate technology solutions. Clients have experienced many improvements through the implementation of these technology solutions, including increased efficiencies and throughput, reduction of re-work and significant cost savings.

Jackie Schaffer
Cella Vice President and General Manager Jackie Schaffer has more than a decade of experience optimizing creative teams. Most recently she directed an international team of 80 creatives. During her tenure, she spearheaded the launch and development of the group’s India-based team, built an interactive media division, and executed against a new visual identity. 

Jackie’s management competencies in workflow, technology, and talent management led to a 15% decrease in chargeback rates, 10% increase in utilization, 25% increase in efficiency and 30% increase in team tenure. 

She has a deep passion for balancing the creative and business needs of in-house shops while providing fulfilling opportunities for the team.

Ceil Wloczewski
Ceil, a consultant with Cella, is a 30-year communications veteran in the IT services industry. Managing annual budgets averaging $12-million and local and virtual teams of 100+, Ceil’s primary focus is marketing collateral, branding, Web/interactive and publications work. Since 1990, Ceil has actively contributed to companies’ growth and success. She transformed an in-house communications department into an industry-lauded, key strategic partner in sales and new business development, customer retention, staff recruitment and training.
